Privacy policy

1. What we collect

• Account: email and password (securely managed by our authentication provider), or the name, email and profile picture Google or Discord give us if you sign in with them.
• Profile: display name, country and province/region, and whether you have an organizer role.
• App activity: army lists imported from Army Forge, event registrations, match results and stats (ELO, history).
• Push notifications: if you enable them, we store your browser's subscription identifier so we can send you alerts (new rounds, results, etc.). You can disable this any time from your account.
• Technical data: session and language cookies, and our hosting provider's standard technical logs (IP address, browser).
• Analytics (only if you accept): we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure, in aggregate, how the site is used: page views and actions such as signing up, creating an event, registering, submitting a result or sharing. It sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies (up to 2 years) and never receives your name or email. If you don't accept in the cookie notice, Google Analytics is not loaded. Cookie preferences
• Location: if you search an address or use "Near you", that query is sent to an external map service (OpenStreetMap/Nominatim) to resolve coordinates. We don't store your GPS location unless you choose to include it when creating an event.

2. Who we share it with

We don't sell or share your data for advertising purposes. We only share it with:

• Our database, authentication and storage provider (Supabase), acting as a data processor.
• Google or Discord, only if you sign in with them.
• OpenStreetMap/Nominatim, only to resolve addresses to coordinates when you request it.

3. Your rights

You can access, edit or delete most of your data directly from My account inside the app. For anything else (full access, correction, account deletion), email us at rcuesta1497@gmail.com.

4. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete it, we remove the associated personal data unless we must keep something for reasonable legal or technical reasons.

5. Children
